I like Wordpress but for blogging never tried for website. Sounds tough.
Just pick out a theme that fits your idea. They install really easy.

I took a web development course in college but forgot most of what I learned. I made a website about Batman using Adobe Dreamweaver. I was partnered with a girl who did nothing, I did all the work alone

I’m trying to figure out optimonster, my website says coming soon which i set up but now i cant seem to view my website, and i want to stream my shows 24/7 on there and upload videos and sell stuff

Host has nothing to do with wordpress functionality. You have to follow a tutorial or something.
Wordpress works the same no matter what hosting provider you use. The problems you have on HostPapa are the same problems you’d have on GoDaddy or whoever else.

I’m trying my best but everything is really messed up i looked at a tutorial of optimonster set up and it seems different for my account even the tutorials i used before i have only run into problems its hard man.
Use wix. It’s a wysiwyg. Easy to build websites.
