Do you drink too much water? Do you sleep well or you wake up to go to wc many times?
I drink a bit over. I only wake up to go to the toilet once in every maybe 6 months. So I hardly ever have to wake up really.

I drink 12 cups of water a day, and I sleep through the night

İ drink 5 or 6 big cup of water everyday.i think its enough for daily water need.i never go to toilet while i m sleeping

When I was on Risperdal I had to take a drug with it that caused dry mouth. So I drank tons of water. I peed a lot but I think it helped keep my weight down.

You might have Polydipsia and early intervention may be beneficial…
It’s compulsive water drinking basically.
Do you find yourself preferring ice cold water?
