I probably drink around seven or eight full glasses of water during the day…do you?
not enough.
my mothers always on my case about that.
I drink 2 to 3 liters a day
I have chronic kidney dusease. I drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Good. I almost none. I forget it.
No - I’m not a water drinker.
Need flavor.
I drink about 6 tall cups a day.
Yes at points. Im not sure if its my meds or what but there are periods where I feel much more comfortable drinking like twice as much water as normal people do.
Honestly you get used to the neutral taste of water quite quickly.
I like sparkling water the best. I hated it as a kid but as an adult I can’t go without it.
I drink probably about 6-7 glasses a day, usually with some kind of flavoring in it - unsweetened lemonade mix, etc - doesn’t negate the amount of water
I don’t think I can get passed the neutral taste. It would take months of training.
Trust me you can. Taste-buds adapt overtime.
Im trying to get myself into dark chocolate atm. Never liked it much before - but milk has too much sugar in it. Currently eating dark milk and it is tasting a lot better than it did several months ago.
Do you think the benefits are worth it.
I don’t think I will feel any different drinking water.
I 90% only drink coffee all day. With a sip of soda here and there.
Dunno. Depends on you really. If you don’t have issues with your teeth and aren’t overweight probably not.
I drink at least 64 ozs. I love water.
No, not really. I’m chronically dehydrated
To the point that when they try to draw blood, it clogs the syringes. I have been do8ng better when at qork. My boss stocked water and put a filter on the library sustem,so I just refill my bottle all day.
My husband found a Pur filter on sale and put it on our sink. I have been trying to drink more
Per my urologist’s orders, I drink a gallon, or 128 oz, or 3.8 liters of water a day. He insists.
I drink about a gallon a day.
me too now that I think of it…a gallon of refrigerated tap water, unless in the fall season when the lake turns…nasty tap water for about two weeks…we buy bottled water when that happens.
Not that much here. I need to work on it. Having to go more often is unpleasant with the current prostate issues.
