What got worse?
Suicidal ideation. I’m feeling ok now as I write this though. I won’t be taking taurine again as it just doesn’t suit me. Thanks for asking LED.

Do you think that you are experimenting with too many supplements @everhopeful?
You’re probably right. I can’t see myself doing any more supplement experiments for the foreseeable future.
with minimal side effects I’d go with exercise, l-theanine and sad lamp
I’m afraid of most supplements minus b vitamins etc.
Have to be careful with supplementing amino acids, since they can out-compete your tyrosine and tryptophan, which means low levels of dopamine and serotonin.

I’ve been taking L - theanine too. I’m still intensely anxious, but it’s the damnedest thing, it feels like it has been improving my connective tissue. As far as the anxiety goes - I’ve been this way for 45 years, so it will probably take some time to get rid of all the misery.
