I’ve walked 19 miles in the last three days. I used to be a very fast walker naturally. Now I have to consciously walk fast.

I can’t wLk fast but I did walk 2 hours yesterday it felt quite good

I think any regular movement over time is good. Do what you can do but do it regular.

If you can get your heart rate up so walk briskly if you can do it and you don’t have other health concerns. Regular exercise is so good for everyone but do what you can do and always see your regular gp to make sure it’s ok to start.

I tend to walk fast. Trouble is, I don’t walk enough.
