I have been trying different meds for over a year. All schizophrenia meds are causing this nerve pain that keeps me up at night. I have been to various doctors for this pain and since nothing is wrong with me they think schizophrenia meds are causing it. I have been so upset.
Finally!! I have been on Vraylar for a week and just stopped my old med. It’s working!! No symptoms and this nerve pain is almost gone. I am Soo happy!

Glad it’s working for you.
I had a negative experience from Vraylar.
I became psychotic and I ended up in the hospital twice.
But everyone reacts differently to these meds.
I know.

Thanks Wave, I have had meds just stop working and I became psychotic too. I know what you’re talking about. I worry about that. But what can I do?

Did you stop your old med without consulting your doctor?
Vraylar is the only med I can handle. Clozaril made me pee my pants and almost killed me.

I take 6mg of Vraylar, it’s pretty effective. I like it.
I tried vraylar and I started getting muscle spasms so my pdoc took me off it and put me on geodon.
I’m glad it’s working for you!
I’m also getting muscle spasms from vraylar, but my pdoc doesn’t appear to believe they are that serious. What was your pdoc’s pitch?
Very happy for you. Im happy too to read so many positive things about vraylar. Going to be asking my pdoc for it on monday.

Congrats. Its great to find a med that works for you with minimal side effects.
Stay strong
I loved Vraylar. I found it was very weight neutral. I wish I could go back on it.
Did you ever get to try vraylar?
