Hi people, im stable, i tried clozapine, and all AP, I also have lyme disease
as far as the severe psychosis I can say Vraylar 3 mg has kept me sane with no side effects that I know off.
I wanna give you hope, because i tried abilify injections for years that made me worse,
Zeldox, geodon. all of them made me worse and more psychosis,
If you’re out of options and you tolerate abilify a bit, I suggest Vraylar 3 mg (I had a bad reaction to a medicine called lamictal 25 mg in 2009 that caused mania psychosis) if the vraylar can treat it its a very powerfull medicine, I must claim that it takes some time to get adjusted dont give up, it took 1-2 months to get through the side effects, my psychiatrist is happy and so am I actually that I’m alive and trying to recover from my lyme disease too using other antiviral supplement Mitosynergy, It helps me too for the moment even better then vraylar for lyme depression, again it will take time, I hope this message brings hope, you know because everyone is different.
thanks the Hungarians (Hungary) for Vraylar yay!!!
Please post your experience, oh yes 1,5 mg was too low 3 mg did the trick for psychosis, schizo caused by lyme disease propably.
Glad you found something that works! I’m on the same dose. 1.5mg didn’t work well for me either. The 3mg seems to be working for me too aside from some mild paranoia that creeps up now and then. The cost is high for sure, about $1400 a month without insurance, but with insurance and manufacturer savings card, it’s $15.
I also have Lyme and have been prescribed Vraylar. Is there any down sides i need to know about? Is it worth it? Thanks. I pray you are blessed with good days ahead. Struggling with Lyme is an every day battle. Much love

Hi Delana, Vraylar 3 mg has least side effects since i developed severe side effects from other anti psychotics and all psy meds including clozapine that does nothing for lyme or depression, It takes some time for your body to adjust to 3 mg like a few weeks, but then no severe psychosis, for the lyme I found out I have it by going on a minocycline anti biotic trial that also combats negative symptoms and also a blood test, It can be all related, sz, psychosis, depression, lyme but once the lyme is gone your psychosis or depression may vanish aswell. that’s what happened to me in the past for a while, boy did I feel great, now I am in bad shape, gonna try Thiamin a Vitamin B1 that can help too against lyme battle. going to start next week : ) yes a vitamin B1 : D may help with brain fog, depression, etc
