Voices cbt

Here is a cbt idea you can do on your own.

Just take your weaknesses and fears and make some positive statement. Say stuff that you even want to be true but don’t feel it is.

Reality:. You don’t feel your good with people.
Stmt:. I’m great with people and I enjoy helping them.

It helps if you believe in God. But you don’t have too.

Take the positive statement and meditate on it. Say it 100 times a day. When you have weaknesses and fears come up try to remember to go to it and say it.

I honestly don’t know if it helps. But maybe it can combata lot of negative voices we hear in our heads along with negative treatment maybe we’ve had since childhood that turned into negative thoughts.

If it helps it won’t help right away but keep saying it. Say it when going to bed. In the shower etc.

It doesn’t hurt to try anyways. It’s just a thought. :grin:
