Voices and anxiety

My pdoc asked me what im anxious about and i truly dont know but i hear a voice talking to me all day. Couldnt that cause me anxiety? Its not a natural state and they can be fairly negative.

Im on uzedy and clozapine with propranolol, clonzepam and zyprexa as as needed.

Im just figuring out how the as needed help as i wasnt sure when and how they combine. My pdoc answered today that they can be taken together

Anyone thoughts or advice?

Thank you!

I took 5mg zyprexa and .5mg clonzapam today and had a better day

I hear the voices of and on through the day. I’ve recently began hallucinating again. I hope you find a combination with your meds. Don’t stress It doesn’t help your ticket.

Phone does not type well.

@Corian

My psych told me that my anxiety is caused by my psychosis. Maybe talk to your psych about this possibility. Best wishes. I understand this all too well. It’s very anxiety provoking.

My voices caused anxiety and even real trauma before the CBT and DBT helped me change how I reacted to them. I believe people who say their positive symptoms left them with PTSD because I lived in terror for some years.
