Vitamin C changed my days

I felt very tired lately but since i take vitamin c 500mg I feel more energetic. It’s great. Does anybody got similar experiences with supplements?

Magnesium completely reset my sleep schedule. I can’t stay up past midnight when I take it, and improves my sleep. I’m sure I was deficient.

All vitamin supplements have some benefits, I stopped taking any vitamin supplements a few months ago, but I do not feel any difference, I do drink one litre of orange juice a day, now when it is the summer time, I get vitamin D from the sunshine, but vitamin D supplements surely help in winters.

I take 1000 mg’s of Vitamin C a day.I feel,like,you energy and wellbeing after.I’m a smoker,so nicotine destroys a lot of it.

I am still a smoker as well. I couldn’t believe the change unless now. I was taking supplements years ago but never felt a difference before. I thought they don’t work. I get multivitamins from the chemist after that experience. Maybe i order sarcosine but i am afraid that my thinking becomes to sharp and relapse.

I only take multivitamins with minerals,and vit c.I mostly take it because of eating rubbish,so I need to take supplements.

In the hospital we get a balanced diet with all the vitamins within. Out the hospital I try to eat healthy but still garbage. I need them to. I am not a dietician.

I’ve been prescribed with vitamin complex for my MD.
It works well for some days, but not really for other days.

Oranges are my favorite thing to eat at hospitals. I love the smell, too.

My mom’s a big fan of Vitamin D and is always trying to get me to take it. She had low D and her hair was falling out, she got a large dose prescribed and it stopped. I just take a multivitamin with my meds and I don’t notice any difference, but I figure it can’t hurt.

I dunno how long the vitamin levels stay up in the body till you notice a difference. I think in a week its all normal for me. But i still take a minimum dose.

I drink vitamin c drinks and they give me energy.

Yes it works like an antioxidant and works against depression by reducing oxidative stress.
