I was laying in bed last night, seeing colorful waves of both open and closed eye visual hallucinations. It was very interesting.
I consider all my audio, visual and tactile hallucinations to be interesting and no more.

That’s great. If you have to hallucinate, at least it’s not scary

Before I had psychosis in October last year I saw white orbs of light floating around when my eyes were closed in bed.

I have this I see blue , purple and red when I close my eyes… sometimes the blue and purple blend together.
