I had a weird thing going on last night. I was trying to go to sleep and I had my eyes closed and it kept feeling like someone was shining a light in my eyes. I kept opening my eyes but it was dark.
I don’t think this qualifies as a hallucination.
Just weird. After about ten minutes or so it just stopped.
It’s a simple internal hallucination.
Many people see patterns, lights etc with eyes closed. I see complex movies, persons, actions, situations
I got this. It was abilify tweaking me out. I could possibly have epilepsy and it starting bringing these white flashes out.
Going to see a neurologist soon
