But, regarding Syria, we have a lot of humanitarian actions here where people donate either money or clothes or hygiene for Syrian people. I participate in those - that much and that little I’m able to do.
Idk what you all are talking about but can you unlock my thread again, it would be a shame to let this little misunderstanding come between friends
Now THAT I support.
can you unlock my thread now and forget about this nonsense?
I don’t see why religion discussion is banned? If schizo is a disease, it’s an atheist one. Most schizos have fringe ideas about science and technology and it has nothing to do with religion. The closest most schizos come to religion is David Icke and that involves aliens… lol
I mean come on, you think atheists don’t have cults of their own? You think atheists can’t be terrorists? Guess again.
I don’t think religious talk triggering delusions is the primary problem… I think it’s more about it demonstrably leading to not-so civil discussions.
Based on my observations, discussions about wifi and smart meters are more triggering than religious discussion. No one mention tinfoil! Pictures of the sky should be banned because there could be perceived chem trails in them…
I am inclined to agree… I personally suspect that if someone is in that stage just prior to the crystallization of delusion (a stage sometimes called delusional mood, where something seems to be ‘in the air’ but you’re not sure what yet) almost anything can become the content of a delusion… But I tried to point out that it strikes me that it being a trigger or not is not the reason for the restrictions on religious talk.
Um…this thread is going way off the rails.
I think it is a double standard. Religion is allowed to be mocked with spaghetti monster pics but not allowed to be promoted more like it…
I see you’re back. Nice IP obfuscating service you’re using.
Edit: And a Daimon sock puppet bites the dust. Good times.
