I hope they continue to make the Nintendo pro controller with the exact same size, it’s the only controller (well I haven’t tried the ps5 one) that fits comfortably for me.

What games are u playing on console this days?

I play mostly pubg on PC, but I have played some mario maker 2 on the switch, which honestly just makes me miss little big planet a bit lol. A good game, but LBP was one of my favs.

I also bought need for speed hot pursuit remastered on switch and the bioshock collection, so I’m gonna get around to playing those. Trying to buy games on sales unless there’s something I really want a lot.

Wbu?

I really wanted to play that, but my fingers won’t let me mash buttons a lot. Hope you enjoy it.

Yeah! For me is alright if I focus on relaxing my hands

Seems hard to pull off for me, i usually just forget to relax when I’m in the heat of things, but I’m guessing it’s a thing you need to learn, right?

Yeah I got into games only with this mentality. It’s very easy on your hands if you focus on it. And I even play better and quicker.

I also tend to push the buttons too hard.

Cool, maybe I’ll give it another shot, probably with the demo then, so I don’t spend money that may go to waste.

People waiting for the announcement about the switch 2 reveal. I’m kind of skeptical, but there seems to be many that have heard about this date in the “leaking community”.

WoW on my handheld!

Switch 2 has been revealed by Nintendo on Youtube.

So glad it’s finally happening, curious about the price. I will probably preorder when it goes up, don’t know when. I just hope so much that the pro controller will still work with it.

If it’s as powerful as a ps4/xbox one or slightly more powerful, that will be enough for me, diminishing returns started happening in graphics with the ps4 anyway. They will have more than enough horsepower to really fulfill their visions graphically with a new 3d Mario game for example.

i hope its powerful but nintendo has never been on to keep up with the max performance craze. i will probably end up getting one tho as its backwards compatible and still supports physical games. xbox and playstation are moving away from physical and some game seller stores are stopping physical sales but i think the switch 2 will be the console to keep it alive.

i doubt ill get one at launch tho lol as i have 100+ digital switch 1 games and the way things are now there is a high possibility of initial release problems, it pays off to be patient with gaming, theres 100% chance there will be some revisions post launch

Yeah definitely, and I like that about them, but more horsepower is always welcomed in my book until you meet diminishing returns, more polygons and higher res textures can make the games shine even more and they have more freedom in expressing their vision visually. I thought they did a great job with the graphics in Zelda and odyssey, they looked fantastic even on hardware similar in power to the ps3. Power similar to the ps4 is a perfect spot for me cause it gives you more freedom to make your game shine even more, imo they went from graphics that are “good enough” with the switch and maybe with the switch 2 we are looking at “really good” graphics. Yeah style is almost everything, but sometimes increased poly counts and high res textures and different effects can give you more freedom in fulfilling the style the concept artists for the games have made.

Physical games would be nice yes… there’s something about owning a physical copy.

sorry for long post lol.

Valve, owner of the huge PC game Steam store, has sold millions of its “handheld PC” Steam Deck, and Sony and Microsoft are also reported to be looking into releasing portable gaming devices.

Analyst George says there is more competition for the core gaming audience than there was in 2017.
