My nephew stayed over Saturday night. We played counterstrike 2 until 6am then some the next day. Here was our setup. I bought a table for him for when he stays over to lan. Here’s a pic.

I never did half life. I played days of defeat for fun but mainly 1.6. This was back in the day like 2004-5ish. It’s helped me in cs2 but also hurts cause the game physics are so different. And I find myself playing like it’s 1.6 sometimes. I’ve been playing cs2 for about a week though and maybe adjusting some.

Ok, never heard of that… a mate in school played cs but at that time I was involved in other activities… but later played half life cause I had a cd for it. And I enjoyed about 2000 hours of it. Then that led me to call of duty… cool though man they are fairly similar I think just the levels and such a slightly different. There used to be (add ons - if I’m correct) that had some cs levels!

Yeah I’ve played a lot of cod. I’m looking at getting black ops 6 this October. They’re quite a bit different but both fun. I got sick of cod cause eventually I was just running around shooting people and it seemed kinda pointless. Idk I had more fun with the earlier versions of cod. Cs 2 has been a breath of fresh air really. The players are really good though. And there’s a lot to learn.

Yeah I started cod with world at war on pc, then switched to ps, I didn’t know it’s up to black ops 6 now, I stopped at black ops 2. Then played Cold War recently on ps5.
Yeah I enjoyed both as I built up hours on both with friends and cousin at the time. I’ve reached an age where I am not interested in gaming anymore… though I had some nostalgic moments where I feel like revisiting some games… aoe, tollercoaster tycoon, cod, San Andreas, etc!

I downloaded nuketown for cs2. It’s the nuketown from cod. Super cool map for 2v2s. Sadly you can only play with friends or people in your lobby. I played my nephew 1v1. We got two other players that could join us. I miss aim maps for cs. I don’t think they do public server aim maps. But can invite friends. Cs2 is limited in the type of gameplay compared to 1.6.

I figured the same for me. I’m 38. Had a ps5 for a couple months but sold it cause I’m also not really into gaming at my age. I wasn’t sure about purchasing a computer to game with but I did anyways. Idk. I’ll see where it goes. It’s been fun so far. But I play with my nephew and a few of his friends. They’re 13 lol. We get on discord and play counterstrike. They call me Unc for uncle. It’s kinda funny. It’s been the best part of my day sometimes to hop on and do 5v5 competatives with them.

Just beat hyper silver rathalos and hyper gold rathian in the same quest with my brother
It was super duper difficult and took us 43 minutes of a 50 minute limit

I notice that Trials and Legends of Mana are both on Gamepass even though the pixel remasters are only for purchase.

Oh I got that too (Dead Rising), I just haven’t been playing it much because my brother and I are a few hundred hours in to Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. We’re wearing endgame armor fighting G rank stuff, it’s really fun, the game was only 9.99 on sale. It’s the oldest Monster Hunter still running but it’s super fun.

I’m considering dropping fallout london and playing assassin’s creed odyssey knowing full well what a ubisoft game is. Black flag was enjoyable, ac III was ok, far cry primal was ok, hated ac II.

i completed the curse dolls in naruto storm 2. i played for multiple hours yesterday. had to fight 37 enemies on the wanted list that were fakes that needed to be defeated to collect the dolls, had to travel all over different villages and hideouts, near the end i found i could use warp scrolls which is like a consumable item for fast travel. then the curse jutsu master gives an obvious change to villainy and then have more fights, the final fight was tough but i completed. i thought that was the last thing i needed to do after i completed main story and the bonus story event, but i was wrong, i have to complete every request from randoms, friendship events etc. which would take many hours, i doubt ill do all of it just for the sake of clearing all events, im not much of a 100% completion side quest guy

All I know is it’s like Mexican/cuban/ like reggae or something can’t even describe it… might have to revisit the game to find the song!
