Hey everyone. I am taking a break from the forum right now but need support.

My husband’s workers comp insurance is refusing to pay for his new pain pump to replace the old one.

Oral pain meds make him severely ill. Therefore, he’s decided if they refuse, he will go through withdrawals

I’m terrified! I’m praying nonstop for a miracle.

In Texas, workers comp is not required by law so he’s screwed if they choose not to cover him

Now the worker’s comp insurance company is not responding to the neurosurgeon.

This is so frustrating.

I’m hoping they respond today.
