So after 15 years of struggling with schizophrenia, I am in recovery and under doctor’s guidance off my meds. For the past few weeks since the antipsychotics have cleared my system I’ve been very emontinaontal in a pleasant way as in I cry at movies and when I talk about being better, is this hyper emotion normal or has anyone else experienced it.
I have heard many people say that APs blunted their emotions and made them feel like a zombie so it makes sense coming off them would reverse that. Best of luck in your recovery!
