My tobacco habit was getting too expensive so I moved onto electronic cigarettes. Haven’t smoke a roll up in a week. Do miss it though

i tried ecigs using a vaporizer, did not get the desired effect so i stopped.

Ditto. I felt no head buzz at all that i obtain from regular cigarettes. Also they burned my throat. I rarely smoke anyways though.

It’s about the best thing you can do for yourself and it’s actually pretty huge!
It took me a year to quit cigarettes while using ecigs. Ecigs are like meds, you have to find the one that’s right for you.
Eventually I got a high powered setup that knocked cigarettes out for me.
I use the following:
Innokin mvp 20w battery (I use it at 9 watts)
Innokin iclear30s atomiser
24mg e liquid

How is e-cigs compared to “normal” cigs? It seems too sci-fi, or unatural, idk…
I am using nicotine gum and am once again on day 3 stopping smoking. I got to day 5 about two weeks ago and picked them up. I know to be careful now around day 5…it’s like the “turning point” to stay stopped.

For what it’s worth, the aspire nautilus, even with bvc heads didn’t cut it for me, I always wanted a cigarette, but was able to give up without wanting tobacco with the innokin iclear30s. Plus it’s about 100 times more convenient, the aspire was a PITA to maintain/ clean. It’s also leaky city.
But 30mg!!! Be warned, there’s a law coming in that will limit eliquid to 20mg max in the EU (yes, including the UK). 30mg is a heroic dose! I’m impressed!

Just had a look at the innokin. Looks pretty good. How often do you change the coils?
Once a month roughly.

Yeah heard about the 20mg law. They are also going to limit tanks to a maximum of 2ml. Suppose they don’t want you having more than 40mg a day.
That 2ml tank limit could be bad for me, unless I can still get innokin heads . Unless I can import them in a cost effective way if I can’t get them.
I expect all the major brands will come out with special 2ml tanks. Is a shame though cod it is nice to have a setup that works for you.
Also I bet they will start taxing the liquid as well
