Pdoc upped my dosage by 25mg everyday till I reach 200mg.
I hallucinate pretty bad.

I take 500mg a day and it has helped me. How do you like it so far? 
I only started taking 25mg. Didn’t really notice anything; no sedation, no drooling. Today I go up to 50mg, and up 25 for a week and a half till I reach 200mg. Hopefully I’ll find some comfort then @GrayBear

I’m on 325 clozapine all together
They refuse to increase my dose as risk of fits

I take 500mg clozapine in split dose. 200mg in the morning and 300mg at night. It mostly works but not totally. The pdoc says it takes quite awhile to fully work.

That is exactly how I take mine. I also take 60mg of Buspar and Lorazepam when the Clozapine isn’t enough.

I’m up to 75mg now. Still no sedation or drooling. Im starting to wonder if it’s actually going to work because I’m not feeling anything and I’m getting worried.
At 175mg now.
Side effects are minimal. No appetite increase, no sedation, no drooling.
Dry mouth the entire day so I’m drinking lots of fluids.
Voices come and go, haven’t really noticed much difference. Noticed a little increase in energy as well.

What is your target dose?
Those are some high doses! I was put on a minimal dose, and my white blood cell count got dangerously low. They stopped me because if I’d been on it another week, my pdoc figured I’d have to be hospitalized. I wish it hadn’t gone that way. I have TD, and it’s supposed to help…
No idea, whatever the pdoc recommends.
What is the maximum dose, 900mg, right?
My immune system is pretty solid, not to boast, it runs in my mom’s gene’s.
No worries about boasting. Graceful aging runs in my family (paternal grandmother is 80 and honest to goodness looks 50). I’m hoping I got those genes!
900mg is the limit. I take 500mg a day and it has really helped me. I hope it works for you as well.

Took my 200mg last night.
Once thing I noticed is a I started dreaming. About love, hate, joy, drugs, family, relationship, fear and so many others. That’s the main thing I noticed about Clozapine. At least, it helps in some way. No improvement of the voices, anxiety seems the same. I’m gonna make short bucket list !!
