Recap: I applied for social security disability several years back, hearing got postponed over COVID, then I was partially approved, appealed it and they ended up saying I was never disabled after that hearing, so we sued social security, and now the issue goes back to social security.
Well I got a letter saying my hearing is on the docket and that it’s expedited. So I should have my hearing soon. I was told its likely I’ll get a favorable decision of some sort, and I could end up getting more backpay. Which would be awesome but I’m not holding my breath. I’m just hoping to keep receiving monthly payments.
