I’ve been mostly using my dinky app to make sure I eat 5-7 servings of veggies (and fruit) plus doing a bit of walking and simple dumbbell lifts… 0.21 lbs a week loss is slow but I will take it.
200 lbs. is the weight for me at which I stop being overweight and become fat. I’m at 215 right now. I don’t eat as many veggies as you, but I do eat some. I’ve found that eating a good sized bowl of frozen veggies now and then keeps me regular. It even works better than bulk fiber laxative.
