Under 200lbs!

I’ve been mostly using my dinky app to make sure I eat 5-7 servings of veggies (and fruit) plus doing a bit of walking and simple dumbbell lifts… 0.21 lbs a week loss is slow but I will take it.

I’m still pretty pudgy but my muscle tone is getting better…

200 lbs. is the weight for me at which I stop being overweight and become fat. I’m at 215 right now. I don’t eat as many veggies as you, but I do eat some. I’ve found that eating a good sized bowl of frozen veggies now and then keeps me regular. It even works better than bulk fiber laxative.

Celery sticks seem to work the best for me for fiber. Unsweetened applesauce helps me a lot too.

we have a free version too… it doesnt have keyboard entry of foodnames but it does pretty much everything else

10.4 lbs lost in 26 weeks… I will be happy when my Polo shirt isn’t this tight though…
