Christ didn’t sacrifice himself. He was killed by others. You aren’t the second Christ. So why would you unalive yourself over that? You will make no point other than your loved ones will experience grief and suffering due to your death and no action is worth that.

I don’t want to get sectioned. I had a report back from a psychologist and it’s messing me up. My group home staff said it as too… can I write the report here so I can make sense of it

Just because you FEEL persecuted doesn’t mean you actually ARE. It’s better to ask your care team if you are unsure and they will help you sort it out. Maybe you don’t want to believe others but in reality we can’t even trust our own judgement sometimes. Relying on others for advice and guidance is important.

Unfortunately I agree with speedy I think your going through a crisis this definitely is a episode of psychosis it’s a delusion and it would benefit you greatly too go inpatient at a hospital

I wouldn’t write the report on a public forum. But you do as you wish. Some are open with their lives.

I would go to the hospital if I was you. Even though if it meant that you’d be sectioned.

You should call a friend or loved one. Someone who will listen to you and take you out for a hot meal. I personally would like a steak and kidney pie with chips right now. Most British food does not appeal to me but I love meat pies. Lol
