Sounds like you’re in it. All I can say is to relax and try to sleep as much as possible. I’m on 4 different meds right now so I sleep pretty well, but i remember trying to go unmedicated and it didn’t work. I don’t know what meds you’re on but Invega didn’t help me sleep at all, while I slept 12 hours a night on clozapine. It’s just dependent on the chemicals in your system and brain and how they interact. Like I said, try to sleep if you can. It will help things

Im on invega, fluvoxamine, and prazosin. I dont feel they hwlp me sleep at all. My sleep has been all over the place

I only started sleeping well when I added CBD. When I went from Clozapine to Invega I started sleeping half as much. Most nights it was between 4 and 5 hours a night. I wasn’t well. Just the sleep alone that I’ve added has probably contributed a lot to my mental health. Honestly, I’m not recovered, but I’m doing a lot better. Again, maybe try to take a sleeping pill or supplement of some kind so you can get some rest. I think being well rested will give you a better perspective on things. When I was sleep deprived I had a lot of delusions that turned out to be nonsense. Try to be as logical as you can. Wish I could help more. Sorry you’re going through this.

Yeah ive been delusional but its a lot less intense than it was when i was hospitalized last week. But still yeah not great. At one point my hallucinations got really really bad because i was so sleep deprived. Wish i would have taken them up on the trazadone script

When they gave me trazadone in the hospital I thought I was going to die. It made my heart beat at a weird pace and it scared the ■■■■ out of me. There’s got to be some kind of supplement you can take so that you can sleep… I would recommend melatonin but you’ve probably already tried it. Maybe Valerian root could work? idk I’m not an expert tho.

Yeah melatonin does nothing for me unfortunately. I see my pdoc on the 12th if its still going on ill ask for something. Maybe a low dose of seroquel could help me

Seroquel knocked me the f out. That would probably work. It has its negative aspects, but if you can’t sleep then I’d definitely try it.

I’ve been prediabetic before. That’s fun. I might be again. This ol’ saint nick has gotten hefty (ho ho ho). I get my blood sugar checked every month tho and they haven’t found anything. I know that I’m not healthy, though. I drink almost every day and don’t have the best diet. I’m not perfect and I know I’m going to have to pay the piper one day for all my bad decisions.
