Sometimes I have trouble sleeping, I close my eyes and I am pretty sure I can still specific things in the room. Like I cant get the images out of my head. I am having trouble describing this actually. It felt really trippy. I tried to close my eyes tight and stop thinking and sleep, but I still see the room? And sometimes my bed feels like it is rotating. That is annoying.

you get used to all the things you hear and see…yes it can be annoying.
in the beginning it can be scary.

Sith is right. And one day you may begin to filter it out and work to let it fade or it may just fade on its own
