Just watched a great video about an oriental island where there are no fat people, because they have plants that turn white fat cells into brown fat cells, which you need to stay slim. People lose them as they age. You need propolis from bees, white ginseng, perilla (I think), some other things. You’re supposed to be able to eat anything.

If you’ve just started working out, it is better to approach it slow rather than flog yourself. If you do really want to work out, at least be kind to yourself. Don’t workout too hard, just a gentle workout. Look after yourself.
@Sezbot241 I started working out a year ago. I’m still pretty out of shape. Well, I think I am but my husband disagrees. Anyway, I ended up going to the gym and doing a 30 minute cardio
A lot depends on what you are trying to accomplish by working out. There were a lot of times in the past when it felt great to do a moderate workout and run a couple of miles in the cool of the night. Maybe just do some mild loosening up.
That’s great @LilyoftheValley! Sorry i under estimated your workout regime. Glad to hear that you have been working out for a while. It is something i want to do, but i need my treadmill put together. Problem is, it is VERY heavy, and we have to go up a few light of stairs to get to the unit. Need the help of others to cart it upstairs. Shall put it on air tasker i think.
