I Could barely

Exercise my chest today. I must be overtraining it. But I was stronger on most other exercises so that’s good.

Did you workout today? How did it go?

I don’t do weight training. Just some stretching and fast walking. Yes, I did that today too.

I worked out yesterday lifted weights and walked on the track

I drank coffee and sat on my ass as usual…really need to get out that dvd of yoga again. all I do is isometrics for upper body strength.

Lol! Don’t feel bad. It’s hard to get motivated and energetic while on APs. I found today especially difficult at the gym. I adjusted my routine to help with that.

I did half a hour of spinning and five minutes of sit ups this morning.

I sit still rest of the day.

I went for a walk to the Christmas market yesterday and sat 34 min on my exercise bike.

I prefer gentle exercise.
