Trying curry for the first time

I put it in the rice I’m cooking right now, just a little I hear a little goes a long ways so I didn’t add much at all I have my rice cooker going and had no clue how else to put this brick of stuff in my rice but to break off a tiny bit and stick it in while the rice cooks… Hope I didn’t make a mistake… I hope my rice doesn’t burn… I have a new rice cooker so wish me luck… Btw I’ve never used a rice cooker so I’m worried… My rice cooker almost boiled over… Idk what I did wrong

It probably was too full.

@anon55031185 one cup of rice with the water up to the “one cup of rice” water line? I followed directions exactly to make two cups of rice

@anon55031185 I just set it to warm and finished cooking it that way… It turned out just fine

@anon55031185 I read online if you don’t rise out most of the starch it can boil over your cooker
