Ready prepared sticky rice with pieces of roasted chicken etc, . In the microwave,
A rice cooker makes it much easier but I usually cook it on the stove. Add butter and soy sauce after.
I use a rice cooker and put lots of stuff in the rice cooker with the rice for flavor.

Bring two cups of water and one cup balsamic rice to a boil in a medium pot. Cover and reduce to a low simmer for 18 minutes then let sit for five minutes. I usually just eat it plain with butter and salt and pepper. I make all kinds of fancy rice dishes like Mexican chicken and rice, or ground beef and rice.
Rice mayo tuna is great aswell.
Also rice + cheese
I like a good rice pudding too.
Or Spanish rice.
Is that paella you talking about? Yea that’s nice.
Rice pudding made out of heavy cream, milk, vanilla, raisins, butter, and cinnamon.
Oh, no, not paella. It’s just rice with a little oil, a little tomato sauce, chicken broth, oregano, cumin, chili powder and garlic salt and butter. Like they serve as a side in Mexican restaurants. Making Paella is a little more involved and complicated.
I’ve been buying these packets of rice that you can heat up in 90 seconds in the microwave. They’re tasty.
For some reason, I’m a decent cook, but could never get rice right.
No matter what.
I had a rice maker and everything.
It was always mushy.
UNTIL,

Gives the rice some texture and keeps it from getting to squishy.
Plain pot. Twice as much water as rice so 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. But sometimes I make Sushi rice which is a cup and a half of water to 1 cup of rice. But the instructions are on the bag. Bring it to boil and put it as low as it will go for 30 minutes and done.
Yea sushi rice is my favourite it’s more moist but not soggy moist.
It goes really well with roasted chicken and nice vegetables
