My treatment plan meeting is coming up this month I think. I meet with someone from the ACT team next Wednesday to talk about it. I want to keep going to three groups a week and keep seeing my psychiatrists so I can get my meds. I don’t want to meet with one of the staff anymore that I was seeing so he could help me get my drivers license because I’m not going to do that anymore.
That’s great you get that level of support.
I only see my pdoc every 6 weeks.
I see one of my psychiatrists every month.
Seems you are fully booked with activities. You know where you want to be in 10 years time ?
I’ll probably still be in ACT if they let me. I don’t know what else to do. They’re the best mental health team in my city as far as I know.
Sounds good. I don’t know what ACT stands for. Good you found professional help. I am 53 years old and want to do be in 10 years where i am now. I feel content and rent a public housing apartment. I like to lose some weight, exercise and live an addiction free life. These goals don’t cost any money.
ACT stands for Assertive Community Treatment.
