It says to take with food but do you guys? I don’t want to eat right before bed. Also how does it make you feel in the morning?
I used to take trazodone for sleep for many years and never purposely ate with it. I was fine. Had to stop taking it after about four years though due to it messing with my heart rate. I think it was in interaction with my invega though, because it started once I started invega I think.
As far as I remember, I felt fine in the morning. Not super tired like some medications make you.
I took 300mg at night. 10mg of Ambien was better for me.
I used to take 200mg at night, put me to sleep fine but I kept waking up in the middle of the night. I never ate with it and was fine.
