Idk why but I feel like I’m gonna have a panic attack, maybe I’m in the middle of one either way I hate it

Please take a prn, and hopefully find a distraction, like closing your eyes and walking, this has helped me more than breathing exercises. Do this until you fall asleep.

Take deep breathes slowly and hold them a second then slowly release them . Try to focus on them . This should help your panic attack. Please tell your P’Doc about this later on as well.

Try to breathe slowly to calm your anxiety. But if you need to cry, go ahead. Maybe you need to get that out

you can beat the panic attacks but first you have to master ignoring the fear associated with panic attacks…same with anxiety…just tell yourself “it doesn’t matter because I have had one before and it doesn’t kill me…I will get through this” I know how scary it seems but you have to believe me…the minute you drop your fear you will be better. in the mean while, hold onto something in your hand and concentrate on that and practice slow breathing in and out…hope this helps.

Me 2, but mostly because I can’t find a way to tell them to stop ruining peoples lives.
