What helps when u go through a panic attack? I take a prn clonazapam but sometimes that doesn’t help.
slow calculated breathing can help…I used to suffer from panic but I overcame it eventually to convince myself “so what if I have a panic attack?” and from that moment forth I defeated the panic…it’s a head game…the closer you come to figuring out that it doesn’t matter, the better off you’ll be from panic.

Deep breathing, soothing music, and counting your exhaling breath, and you just have to convince yourself that it will pass.
I once had a panic attack and I fought it through laying down, not listening to anything, and just centering myself with deep soothing breaths.
