Having a panic attack please help, usually not swallowing helps me not breathing or meditating, I feel full of panic and alarm
take long slow breaths in and out…focus on something in the room and try to clear your head of the fear…don’t be afraid…that’s what’s got you anxious right now…try to relax…
Put a cold bag on your face hold your breath and slowly expel air.
I do not feel fear but I can not relax I feel so anxious and panicy just want to sleep it is the most terrible feeling

A cuddle toy or hiding under a comforter are tricks that can actually work.
I talk to someone who can calm me down- my pdoc’s receptionist or my hubby. It works well.
I had a panic attack today too, it lasted nearly 2 hours. I think I have been drinking too much caffeine.
