Tomorrow is the day

Tomorrow afternoon, I have a doc and afterwards, I will quit smoking.
I will wear a medium patch for a month.

If you see me going crazy don’t be surprised. My relapse lasts around 5-6 months. get ready folks!!

I’m just going on day 4 smoke free. It’s getting easier but still cumbersome to say the least.

Good luck! :sunny:

Good luck. I know you can do it!
I quit smoking cold-turkey, no patch. The first few months were hell on earth…

I had stopped for two years… I went on vacation and restarted. But when I quit, I had a relapse.

Awe, well you will do it this time!

i didnt relapse on the patch, actually saved a lot of money and went on holiday and got a computer/laptop,

i saved £35 a week and thats a lot every month to come off of a disability/out of work benefits

the patch just takes away the nicotine craving and i think it was the best way to stop tbh, it may leave a little rash but it will fade and be gone within 2 days or so, its really easy

you shouldnt smoke while using the patch though
