Smoking Patch

Anybody who wants to quit smoking use the patch. I started wearing it last sat. The first few days I cut from 2 pack a day to 5. Then this sat and sun I smoked zero. I did smoke three today. That was only because I had em. I threw away all tobacco so that shouldn’t be a problem going further.

I’m feeling pretty proud of myself. I thought I would never be able to quit. These patches are a godsend.

The patches I used came in 7 mg, 14 mg, and 21 mg. It wasn’t too hard to go down for me.

One problem was scheduling my showering around times of patch changing.

I’m free of nicotine for greater than 5 years now.
