Today's exercising

Walk in the morning, riding my bicycle 4 km in the snow, 300 exercise movements, walk in the afternoon, body combat (watching a Youtube body combat video), 600 exercise movements (such as sit-ups, lifting weights and so on) and still need to do 600 exercise movements later in this evening.

All in one day? Are you manic?

I like exercising, it is the dark season here where I am and we have a lot of snow, exercising helps me to minimize any depression.

I think it’s wonderful! Admirable! Amazing!

Good to do it on your own

as I’ve found others aren’t quite in speed or intensity.

That’s really good @mjseu. I was walking on the treadmill for a while but kind of got derailed. Maybe i’ll get back to it someday. I don’t know.
