It is winter and I can not ride my bicycle very much, but I did ride my bicycle today. In this morning I had my morning walk and then I rode my bicycle in the snow, in the afternoon I had my walk again and later I did my exercise movements and some body combat (watching one body combat video on Youtube). Still later in this evening I’ll do 900 exercise movements such as situps and lifting weights etc.

I love jogging.
It really is one of my passions.
It’s obvious why it’s feels good
In my opinion
It can be effortful but it’s worth it cos I feel calm afterwards!!
Physcal activity is just a necessity in my view
If able to do it that is
