Tips for waking up anyone?

For getting up in the morning? I struggle terribly with getting up in the morning and am not a morning person. I have duties to do at sunrise and I can’t help but to go back to bed for a few more hours but I need to be able to get up at sunrise without complaining.

Poor hubby has to put up with my bad mood every early morning and all he wants is coffee together.

I feel so bad that I’m so moody every morning. I wish I had a better mood in the morning.

I seem to be spoilt brat and want immediate gratification - instead of saying to myself I can go back to bed in a half an hour I want to go back immediately or not get up at all. I hate this about myself!

I don’t know if it’s the 5mg haldol that I take every night that makes it hard to get up but I’ve had this problem for years. But it’s a little worse now.

How do I get up in a good mood?

Sleep earlier in the evening or take naps in the afternoon
