Looking for advice

What helps you get up in the morning? Do you have a way to wake up without dragging around half the day?

A small trick that works for me is to do something I enjoy first thing in the morning. Make that a part of your schedule, and it gives you something to look forward to and be excited about getting up. It doesnt always work, but sometimes it does.

Are you getting good restful sleep? That could be why you feel like you are dragging for half the day.

My nights are very fitful. I’m tossing and turning and waking up very often. I try to get to bed sooner but that doesn’t help.

just think of laying down and getting up as the same thing. like when you get up just think oh that was easy.
