Any tips for decreasing anxiety? My anxiety flared up today and I’m researching ways to decrease it.

I get my L-theanine by drinking a large pot of Uncle Lee’s Green Tea. I put three tea bags in a sauce pan, boil it, and then let it cool down. I guzzle the whole pan in less than five minutes after it has cooled down. Uncle Lee’s Tea costs $4.00 at Walmart for a box of a hundred tea bags.
Is that in green tea then? I didnt know. Ive got a box of the stuff in the cupboard. Ill try that out.
