Every morning I drink a whole pot of green tea. I get three tea bags of Uncle Lee’s Green Tea and put them in water that is on the verge of a rapid boil. I let the tea cool down, and then I guzzle the whole mess out of a plastic tumbler. I think it does help me feel better. This does put my kidneys into overdrive, though. I piss a lot when I do this. I’ve been weighing about six or seven pounds less than usual, and I think it is because the urination brings down my fluid levels. It sure isn’t because I have been eating less.
I just take L-theanine capsules. Nice and easy.

Drinking more than 8 cups of green tea daily is possibly unsafe. Drinking large amounts might cause side effects due to the caffeine content. These side effects can range from mild to serious and include headache and irregular heartbeat. Green tea extract also contains a chemical that has been linked with liver injury when used in high doses.
Make sure you’re getting your electrolytes and stuff back. Dehydration can cause a heart attack. Back in the day I drank a ton of peppermint tea and ended up in the hospital 2 times. It was messing with my potassium
I think a better way would be to have 1 tea per meal. Imagine eating your 3 daily meals in one sitting. Not the same as having one at a time.
Not trying to be a nay sayer just saying because I care about your heart
I’ve drank ten cups of coffee a day for forty-five years. My system handles caffeine pretty well. It probably is bad for my heart, but so far all my vital signs are okay. Thanks for your concern.
