If anyone is interested in drinking green tea to get L-theanine they sell “Uncle Lee’s Green Tea” at Walmart for $4.00 for a hundred bags at Walmart. I’ve been drinking a lot of green tea, and it helps.

I use that green tea brand too. They also have white tea.

I have heard good things about green tea but just don’t like the taste. I drink black tea quite often and enjoy it. It’s good in hot climates but just can’t get into green tea!

I should try green tea maybe. I’m used to drinking black sweet tea. Other teas more rarely.

I drink green tea quite a lot. I think Dilmah company produces good green teas. Now I am waiting for the arrival of a particular type of green tea by Dilmah.

I used to love drinking green tea.
The theanine was great for my anxiety.
Unfortunately I bought some Matcha green tea and got an allergic reaction to it.
I broke out in hives all over my body and my blood pressure skyrocketed.
I spent the day in the ER.

I’m kind of allergic to black teas as well.
