Are we allowed to talk about time travel if it relates to our delusion and we are trying to overcome and get help from this delusion? I think I’m the only one on this forum that suffers from this delusion.
I don’t want to offend anyone. I’ve had talk therapy about time travel. I’m not trying to encourage anyone’s delusions. This seems like the only place that is safe and open minded.

You’re allowed to talk about any delusion as long as you’re seekinng help overcoming it.
The rules banning certain topics are about people wanting to idly speculate on them, not for those actively seeking help.
Example: “I have a delusion that involves time travel. Please help me work through it.” This is fine
“Does anyone wonder if time travel is real and has shaped our world?” This is not.
Not time travel but sometimes feel like my consciousness went to the twilight zone (different dimensin) and can’t get back to normal
Can someone please help me restore the original time line where I wasn’t SZ? We went back to hunt dinosaurs, I stumbled off the path and squished a butterfly and I’ve been on these damn meds ever since.
