Time to get my life back in order

Yup, i went off my meds for a few months awhile back and did ok. Until i fell into deep depression so i went back on them. I have little to no voices now and no visual stuff. Im also working out again because i have the energy to do things.

Next week i will be in training to become a line cook. Short 2 week course where they give you a job after. Im looking forward to it.

Made a small list of stuff im going to change this week:

  1. Have a good sleep schedule. Ive been staying up all night again and sleeping all day. Usually feel like crap all the time because of it.
  2. No more weird websites, i will stick to this forum and reddit mostly.
  3. Less video games, tho my cpu usually overheats now and shuts off randomly.
  4. Better eating, ive been binging again and i think its from my meds.
  5. Phone my parents more often
  6. Try drawing and playing my harmonica/guitar again.
  7. Walk more
  8. Keep my weird beliefs to myself or to close friends that actually like that stuff instead of randoms on the net.
  9. Cut back on smoking

Yeah i know, less talking about it and actually do it. Lol story of my life.

Not to parade on your discipline, but do go rather slowly. Taking only one step at the time.
