Feeling kinda depressed - spending too much time on my own

I need to get something going on in my life. Am sick of the illness, sick of the paranoia. I just want to be the guy I used to be

I got all excited when you said your doctor bought up Clozapine. Are you considering it?

I feel it. Before mental illness. I used to ask that alpha omega would show me his wonders. Then I saw total darkness. Really sad scary stuff.
You don’t know light until you know darkness.
But im in a similar situation. So keep pushing friend. If you stay strong and don’t lose total faith you will make it through your struggles.
Do you know any stew recipes?. I’ll trade unless your vegan. Second post I read on here abt stew lol has me wanting my moms old cooking

Jung said that right now we are who we are - which includes past, present, and future. I believe his exact quote was something like “We are already who we will become”.

There’s free will.
Also to be happy. Just happy. Not wanting more. Not being ungreatful. Just living life to the capacity which seems intrinsically motivating
Things that can help increase joy
Prayer
Working out
Eating better
Staring at blank ceilings less
Eating yummy food without dieting
Chocolate almonds
Sea salt

Hey @anon94176359 it can be tough and it’s important to have an outlet.

I know you mess around with your sleep schedule but it’s important to have some social contact. I know the pub isn’t a good option but it’s still good to look for reasons to connect. Whether that is a road trip to see family, or a coffee with an old drinking mate, it’s something you need to do!

Isolating is bad if you get the blues and when your symptomatic it’ll really put you in a rut. Keep up the fight matey and look to get out. Even if it’s for a coffee in the early morning…get a paper or magazine. Do some grocery shopping. You mightn’t have a deep conversation but any contact is good!

Keep fighting matey!

I tend to be negativistic, but I always have hope that the present and future can be different and better…and it CAN!

The glass is half full, read the website…loads of people go into REMISSION!
