No more laziness. No more pity parties. My meds are doing great now. Every day I will get cleaning done. I’m going to start baking again. I’m fed up with myself. Time to kick myself in the butt. My family deserves better.
Those are great goals, but don’t be so hard on yourself either.
Sounds like your on the improve and that is great. Keep on the meds and just do it a little bit at a time. You can do it. I really just started with a fitness tracker and trying to do so many steps in a day. Now I do a lot of exercise and get out a lot.
Well done to you and I’m sure you’ll be successful. Just don’t be too hard on yourself and be practical. It’s a good plan for sure.
I’m right there with you. I’ve been thinking exactly the same things about myself. I wasted all of 2019 by sitting in bed. It’s time to live again. Good luck!
Just don’t take on too much or you’ll set yourself up for failure. What I learned myself is that making changes is good, within reason.
