The idea is to look for three positive things about your day whether it’s been good or bad.

I keep this “today’s 3 good things” diary.
It helps me see the positive side of the day, even when it wasn’t so great.
So today’s 3 good things were:
・ I went to an art exhibition in Tokyo with my mom and I enjoyed it
・ I didn’t binge-eat
・ My head was clearer than usual
I haven’t slept in 40 hours but I have a bottle of speed that’ll keep me alert enough to work.
I almost have enough money squirreled away to get to the hair salon.
I met someone on here that I really like but I’m worried I scared him off. He told me he wanted to meet me after just 12 hours of trading messages and it’s feasible that we do, but I want to be a bit more sure of him first. And I think I crossed a line trying to set his mind at ease about something so he’d open up more.
