This strict diet is making me feel sick

I don’t think I’m eating enough.
Wish I can have more carbs.

Today I kind of feel dizzy and weak.

Can’t wait for dinner.

It’s tough to balance your diet with diabetes and liver problems. I’m in the same boat as you @Wave, but I’m not changing to as strict a diet as you are I don’t think. My liver enzymes were better on my second blood test, so I’m happy with that.

I have a friend who has had a headache for 8 months because he refuses to eat anything but salads.

He’s gone a little crazy on the weight loss…

Ironically, many salads are very high calorie so he may not even get his desired results

Well, if you’re going to diet, do it under a doctor’s supervision. Not all diets out there are safe or healthy and your bad feelings might be that either your diet is depriving you of something you need to feel good and healthy or (maybe) the opposite, it might have you eating too much of certain foods that are not healthy in excess.

I did not diet to lose my weight this time.

It was life style changes. I went from an office job to physical work outside, and started going to the gym to do swimming.

Unfortunately I don’t think dieting is the answer. Not the whole answer anyways.

Got to try and change your routine to include some sort of physical activity if you can, even if you go for a half an hour walk everyday, that would help you I think.

He’s lost 85 pounds since February(ish). He’s down to 215lbs.

Sustainability is my concern.

I am dieting under a doctors supervision.
But to be honest I haven’t been following her recommendations lately.

I have to allow myself more calories it’s as simple as that.

Thanks guys!

@LilyoftheValley I’ve been following a low carb, anti inflammatory diet.
It’s similar to a Mediterranean diet.

Carbs get turned into glucose and glycogen which fuel muscle contraction.

Glucose is the main fuel source of the brain.

U gotta have a grilled fresh mozzarella and basil sandwhich.

That’s the best part of the Mediterranean diet. Or am I thinking of a pescatarian diet…?
