Dieting is making me unstable

I’ve been on this pretty strict diet where I’m eating much less and eating less carbs.

I’ve lost some weight but I’ve also noticed that I’m becoming more stressed out, irritable and hypomanic.

Maybe I should allow myself more carbs like bread.

I like the fact that I’m losing weight but I need to feel more stable also.

Anorexia is how it all started for me, because I didn’t have enough sugar and carbs. So I urge you not to go my route, and I would suggest being careful with dieting, because of you have OCD it could go too far. It did for me anyway.

I think I’m going to allow myself more carbs.

Try just calorie counting… I think carbs are important for calmness
