This is an article from 2016. Do you know the status of this medicine in 2022?
As far as I can see, this RO5256390 never started clinical trials.

Yea not sure why it’s not in trial as an AP, but I guess 5ht1a agonism has some side effects that are opposite of taar1 so companies like sunovion decide it will be good to just use both agonism
